Halloween decorations can be a lot of fun to create on your own without spending a lot of money. Here are a few suggestions:
# Turn your home windows into a spooky display by creating silhouettes of haunted houses, skeletons, black cats and more out of black construction paper or dark colored garbage bags. Each person can contribute to the decorations. A great project to do is get pumpkins to represent every person in the household. You can then let each person decorate their own pumpkin. Parents will have to help children with carving; however, they can add paint and other craft items to the pumpkin.
