BOBBING FOR SPAM: If you want a particularly gross or gruesome game with food for Halloween, Bobbing for Spam is your game. Bobbing for canned meats is a new twist on bobbing for apples and is great for teens to play for Halloween since it gets really gross. Who wouldn't laugh at a friend with a big glob of canned meat hanging out of their mouth? Get several cans of processed meat and slice each chunk into 2 pieces, drop the chunks into the water. The goal is to get out a chunks using only your mouth. See who can do it without grossing out! It gets really slimy in the water and makes a great Halloween party game. One of the more labor intensive party ideas would be to slice the meat first and then use cookie cutters to shape it into bats or other Halloween images. Another of the better party tips is to use traditional party favors as prizes. Traditional party decoratons and paper party supplies reduce the gross elements and increase the fun. Also mention in the invitations that messy party games will be among the activities so that guests can dress appropriately. Instead of meat, give those who participate plenty of party favor goodies or lots of chocolate.
